The staff at this hotel are friendly and attentive, making you feel welcome and ensuring a comfortable stay. They go out of their way to assist with any requests or questions you may have. The rooms at this hotel are equipped with comfortable beds, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the rooms is evident, with cleanliness and maintenance being top priorities. One great feature is the included breakfast, which is of high quality and provides a good start to the day. This is especially appreciated considering the generally high cost of food in Iceland.

Our room was clean and well-equipped. We loved the kettle and coffee. The hand soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty, but the staff quickly refilled it. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. I'd recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location of this hotel, right on the main shopping area and very near all the main attractions in downtown. The hotel facilities were clean and cozy, with added extras like a fridge and kettle in the room and an ice facility near the breakfast room. Speaking of breakfast, it was varied and tasty, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We also appreciated being so close to transportation links to explore this city easily.

The breakfast spread was delicious with a variety of meats, cheese, bread, fruit, coffee. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the shopping area and a short walk to the harbour. It was convenient to explore the city and visit interesting places.

The room we were given for our romantic escape was on the smaller side, a bit disappointing. the noise from the busy street, especially at night, made it difficult to have a peaceful and quiet stay.

Had an amazing New Year's stay right in the heart of the city. Loved that the hotel was located in the bustling shopping area, with all the tourist shopping and attractions just steps away. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms werenice and neat. One of the best things was the complimentary breakfast served on the top floor, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered free hot drinks throughout the day.

Parking was a bit of a challenge, as there was no parking available at the hotel and we had to find street parking or park down at the harbor. It would have been better if there was a designated parking area.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of the nightlife, close to key pick up point "Bus Stop 7" for various tours. The modern rooms are clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels and hot showers. The friendly staff is always helpful and polite. The breakfast room offers a delicious spread of breads, cereals, cold cuts, cheese, and fruit, and you can enjoy free coffee and tea throughout the day. The hotel's central location makes it easy to explore the downtown area and its many cafes, bars, shops, and restaurants.

The curtains in the rooms do not fully block out the light, which may be an issue for those who prefer a darker sleeping environment.
